Submit News Tips

The Capital is a very small team, but we endeavour to make the most of our scarce investigative resources. We pursue everything from quick explainers to in-depth investigations involving major issues in the Greater Victoria area, but we must pick carefully on which stories we can pursue.

Generally, we will be much more likely to pursue a story if you can provide documentary evidence that wrongdoing has occurred: Archived emails, legal records, leaked reports, audio or video recordings.

If you have a tip involving an issue of major public importance in the Victoria, B.C. area, we want to hear from you.
